Ok, eating all the food.... I never thought about how restrictive diets were starving myself. And the long term damage that could do.
Eating all the food keeps me satisfied (even though I discovered I hate turkey bacon)
My morning routine includes quality time with my husband drinking coffee and talking (or not talking).
I want to add affirmation statements. I'm going to ponder those the rest of this week.
Carbs are my friend. Carbs are my friend. Seriously, after 4 weeks, I believe it.
I still don't understand the process of carb cycling, but I don't bloat up like I used to. And my appetite is recognizing satiety.
I've never really been a grazer, except for holidays when we have nibbles all day until the big meal. Snacks are hard, as I've been trained the opposite: eat only 3 times/day.
