It's time for Spooky Glowga! Dress attire, white or neon. We start class at 7:30, we are lights out! Come celebrate Halloween week with Spooky Glowga! Unlike a typical class, practicing in near darkness makes you more cognizant of your surroundings—your brain relies on heightened awareness from senses other than vision to process sensory information in order to stay balanced. And hello?! It’s me! So it will be so fun!! 🥰👻🥰 Bring a mat and a block but if you don’t have one, I keep some at this location. Cost is $15! All money goes into supporting our scholarship students.
